Hello there!

I’m Kiera, a Creative Strategist and Copywriter who specialises in social content, performance-led messaging, and editorial.

With over six years in marketing, I bridge the gap between great ideas and executions that actually perform (we’re talking stats like a 9.3x lead increase or 125% enrolment growth for big-name companies).

Right now, I’m freelancing for small businesses who need a marketing eye or nice words. I’m also a contributing writer for Urban List.

A few years in marketing-agency land had me working across copy, creative strategy, and social (often on the same day) for clients like World Vision and Australian National University.

Before all that: six years of university (including a stint finding myself in Europe and a French diploma that’s now on life support, courtesy of Duolingo), and before that, a nerdy kid who was reading YA novels while my classmates were still on Flat Stanley. I peaked early with an Instagram fan-account empire (Leonardo DiCaprio, Once Upon a Time) and a career-best turn as Mrs Webb in Our Town at age 17.

In my spare time, you can find me running my book club, bemoaning my AFL team’s lack of success, alone in a cinema with a BIG box of popcorn, and writing about all of the above on my Substack, The Smidge.
