Esperanto Magazine

There’s nothing quite so rewarding as holding the physical edition of something you helped create.

As a long-time contributor, subeditor, and eventual Editor-in-Chief (in 2022) of the quarterly student publication Esperanto Magazine, I worked in a team of three. Among us, we worked to ideate each issue’s theme, write pitch lists, coordinate deadlines and edits with over 30 writers, liaise with our print publisher, advertisers, and student union stakeholders, manage the promotion of each issue via social media and eDM, upload each edition’s digital version (WordPress, Issuu), and — of course — write my own articles to contribute.
